To save time on preparing desserts, you can make a chocolate honey cake without rolling out the cakes. It is much simpler than the popular honey cake. The dough is very fluffy and soft, perfectly combined with the cream.

The idea of making an elementary chocolate and honey cake without rolling out the dough was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname fil.anna. A delicious and delicate cream can be made with mascarpone.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 100 g
  • oil - 30 g
  • honey - 50 g
  • flour - 150 g
  • soda - 5 g
  • cocoa - 20 g

Ingredients for the cream:

  • mascarpone - 400 g
  • cream - 200 g
  • powdered sugar - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer until fluffy.

2. Add oil and liquid honey. Beat.

3. Add flour, baking soda and cocoa.

4. Stir or beat until smooth on low speed of the mixer.

5. Put the dough into a baking sheet covered with parchment.

6. The dough is thick enough to spread evenly with a silicone spatula.

7. Put in a preheated oven to 170 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes.

8. Adjust the time to the exact time according to your oven.

9. After it has cooled completely, cut out the desired shape: make 4 cakes with a diameter of 16 centimeters, you can simply cut into 4 parts.

10. For the cream, beat the mascarpone, cream and powdered sugar with a mixer until fluffy and stable.

11. Brush the cakes with the cream.

12. Put in the refrigerator for soaking.

13. Decorate as desired.
