Easier than a casserole: a delicious cocoa cheese pie for tea
Summer is the perfect time to make delicious, light desserts with delicate cream, cheese, jams, and fruit. It's worth noting that you can even make pies without dough, replacing it with pita bread, for example.
Cook Yulia Symonchuk shared a recipe for a delicious cocoa and cheese pie on Instagram that takes only 35 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- flour - 80 g
- butter - 70 g
- sugar - 70 g
- cocoa - 2 tbsp.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt - a pinch
The filling:
- cottage cheese - 350-400 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- oil - 50 g
- sugar - 75 g
- corn starch - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: beat the soft butter with sugar, then add the egg, continuing to beat. Sift in the flour with cocoa, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. The dough should be thick.
2. Filling: place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend, or simply grind through a sieve. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until smooth.
3. Put most of the dough in a parchment-lined dish, then the cottage cheese filling, and top with the mixture of cottage cheese filling and dough.
4. Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes at 180 C.
Take out the cake and let it cool, cut it, and serve it with tea, coffee, and cocoa!
