Dried zucchini for the winter: how to prepare the vegetable quickly but keep it heathly
If you want to prepare zucchini for the winter in such a way that they remain as healthy as possible, you should dry them. This option is much better than canning because this vegetable can be added to absolutely different dishes or eaten as an independent snack.

How to dry zucchini:
1. Cut the zucchini into 5 mm rings.
2. Add salt, spices (like hot curry) and garlic if desired.
3. Mix everything and put it in the dryer.
4. Dry at 40 degrees for 13 hours.
5. You can eat immediately after cooking.
6. Pour into a well-heated jar and close with a lid. Put on the top shelf.
7. It is not recommended to use plastic lids because the smell of rubber may appear. Also, do not add oil.
