Down duvet dessert with chocolate sponge cake: a recipe for a delicious dish
Making the Down Duvet dessert will result in an unusually soft and fluffy sweet dish with an incredible combination of flavors.
The recipe for this dessert was shared by Alex Mil. On Instagram, he told us how to make the Downy Featherbed so that everyone was simply delighted.
Ingredients for chocolate sponge cake:
- Eggs - 4 pcs
- Sugar - 150 gr
- Flour - 160 gr
- Cocoa - 35 g
- Baking powder - 2 tsp
- Oil - 100 ml
Ingredients for the cheese layer:
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Egg - 1 pc
- Sugar - 40 gr
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Cornstarch - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy and light for 5-7 minutes.
2. Add the oil and beat for another 1 minute.
3. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix thoroughly with a spatula from the bottom up.
4. Prepare the cottage cheese layer. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg to the cottage cheese. Blend with a blender until a homogeneous mass is formed.
5. Add the starch to the curd mass, stir with a whisk, and put everything in a culinary bag.
6. Pour the chocolate dough into a baking dish covered with parchment and smooth the layer.
7. Spread the strips of curd mass. During baking, the chocolate sponge cake will rise and the curd mass will sink down.
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
