- broccoli – 1 small head
- cauliflower – 1 small head
- eggs – 4 pcs
- milk or cream – 1 glass
- hard cheese – 250 g
- salt, pepper – to taste
- breadcrumbs – 2-3 tbsp

- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Boil water with a pinch of salt in a large saucepan.
- Wash the broccoli and cabbage, disassemble into florets. Dip into boiling salted water, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes after boiling.
- Beat eggs in a bowl with milk or cream. Add salt and pepper, add grated cheese and mix well.
- Put the cooked broccoli and cauliflower in a greased or oiled baking dish, pour over the egg mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
