You don't have to be Jamie Oliver to make dinner in half an hour. Anyone can cope with this task if they have the will.

In the "Dinner in 30 minutes" section, FoodOboz offers you the simplest recipe possible: buckwheat noodles with broccoli and peanuts. We assure you that it will take you even less than thirty minutes to prepare this dish.

  • buckwheat noodles - 2 handfuls
  • small broccoli - 1 pc.
  • peanuts - 2 tbsp.
  • blue onion - 1 pc (small)
  • soy sauce - 5 tbsp.
  • oil - for frying
  • chili pepper flakes - a pinch
  • ginger - a small piece
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • greens - for serving
  1. Dry the peanuts in a frying pan without oil. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Wash the broccoli and disassemble it into florets.
  2. Peel the onion, ginger, and garlic. Cut everything into strips, and put them into a hot and oiled frying pan. Add broccoli, and fry over high heat, stirring constantly.
  3. When the vegetables are browned, add the boiled noodles to the pan, pour in the soy sauce, and sprinkle with chili flakes. Stir-fry for a few more minutes.
  4. When serving, sprinkle with peanuts and finely chopped herbs – cilantro or green onions.

There is no need to salt the noodles, as the soy sauce is quite salty. This dish can be served either hot or cold.
