Ingredients:
- chicken fillet
- cucumbers
- eggs
- green onions, dill
- kefir
- highly carbonated mineral water
- salt, pepper
- lemon juice, mustard, wasabi, horseradish (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Put the fillet in boiling water, add salt and bay leaves. Boil.
3. Cool and slice the finished fillet.
4. Chop the eggs, cucumbers and radishes.
5. Pour kefir and carbonated mineral water 1:1, already in plates.
6. It is delicious served with black bread. Lemon juice, mustard seeds, wasabi, horseradish can be added as desired.
