Lemon cheesecake

Ingredients:
- corn flour – 70 g
- oatmeal – 35 g
- oat bran – 35 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- coconut oil – 20 g
- stevia – 5 g
the filling:
- cottage cheese – 250 g
- corn starch – 15 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- zest of 1 lemon
- stevia – 5 g
Method of preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough, then mix everything well. The mixture should be like crumbs.
- After that, take a silicone mold and put the dough so that there are sides, let it stand while you make the filling.
- For the filling, take the cottage cheese, add the egg, stevia, and lemon zest, mix everything thoroughly, and put it on the oatmeal dough.
- Put it in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
- Take out the finished cheesecake, wait for it to cool, and decorate with any fruit of your choice.
