Breakfast should be hearty, tasty, and healthy because it is this meal that determines your energy supply for several hours. But if you're on a diet or just decided to give up sweets, pies, and flour products, this is no reason not to eat delicious cheesecakes for breakfast, because they can be prepared in a completely new way – without flour and sugar.

The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared a delicious recipe for healthy cheesecakes without flour and sugar, and they are cooked in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 200 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • raisins – 80 g
  • any berries – 30-50 g
  • silicone molds

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, soak the raisins in boiling water, and leave them for 15 minutes so that they swell well.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the egg, berries, raisins, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Put the finished cottage cheese mass into silicone molds, top with sour cream, and put in the oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.

Serve immediately hot; the cooled dish will be just as tasty. Garnish with your favorite fruits and berries.
