Sweet and juicy peppers are delicious when stuffed. You don't even need meat, so it's a very budget-friendly dish. Add some cream cheese inside, along with nuts and cilantro, and it will be delicious.

Ingredients:

  • bell pepper
  • feta cheese
  • cream cheese
  • garlic
  • cilantro
  • nuts (walnuts or other)
  • olive oil

Method of preparation:

Put the peppers on a tray.

1. Cut the peppers in half.

2. Clean them and put on a baking sheet.

3. Bake at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

4. Put in a container.

6. Allow to cool slightly and remove the skin.
