Almost everyone loves fried potatoes. You can cook them with vegetables, just onions, or in the fall with aromatic mushrooms that will give the dish a special flavor and aroma.

Recipe for potatoes with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 60 g
Baked potatoes
  • mushrooms – 500 g
  • onions – 2 pcs.

  • sour cream – 50 g
  • water – 150 ml
Mushrooms for the dish
  • fresh parsley – a bunch
  • salt, pepper, bay leaf

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings, fry in vegetable oil, and transfer to another pan.

2. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces, season with salt and fry, then add them to the onions.

3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium slices, fry them separately in a frying pan, then add them to the mushrooms and onions, pepper, and salt, cover, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.

4. Mix the sour cream with water and pour over the potatoes, stir, cover, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
