Ingredients:

  • shrimp - 150 g
  • crab sticks - 100 g
  • eggs - 2-3 pcs
  • tartar sauce - 2-3 tbsp
  • cucumbers - 2 pcs
  • salt - to taste
  • dill - for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. Defrost the frozen shrimp and cover them with boiling water.

2. Peel off and reove the heads.

3. Cut the crab sticks into squares.

4. Boil the eggs and chop them as well.

5. Wash and dry the greens.

6. Wash and chop the cucumbers.

7. Put the greens, cucumber, crab sticks, eggs and shrimp in layers in a serving dish (you can use a glass).

8. Season the salad with tartar sauce and add salt to taste.

9. Garnish the salad with shrimp and dill.

10. Stir the salad before serving.
