Delicious red currant and mint jam for the winter: made from just three ingredients

Ingredients:
- red currant - 1 kg.
- sugar - 1 kg.
- mint - 3 sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the red cabbage well and whip it with an immersion blender (you can use twigs).
2. Pour into a ladle with a thick bottom.
3. Add sugar and put on the fire.
4. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add mint and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. While still hot, carefully rub through a sieve to remove seeds and twigs.
7. Pour into sterilized jars and tighten.
8. This portion makes about 900 ml of jam.
