Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for a delicious Portuguese salad with olives and oranges, which you can prepare in 15 minutes, on the air of "Breakfast with 1+1" (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

Ingredients:

  • cream cheese - 2 tbsp
  • olives - 70 g
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Red onion.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • mint - 10 g
  • baguette - 1 pc

  • cucumbers - 3 pcs
  • red onion - 1 pc
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
Olive oil.
  • wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • parsley - a bunch
  • lettuce leaves - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Wash all the vegetables. Chop the cucumbers randomly. Cut the onion and marinate in wine vinegar and olive oil.

2. Slice the orange fillet and add to the cucumbers.

3. The olives can be added whole.

4. Wash the parsley and lettuce, tear it with your hands, add to the salad, and season with salt.

5. Cut the baguette into cubes and fry in olive oil until golden brown.

7. Pour the prepared sauce over the salad, mix, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and add cheese.
