Ingredients

  • plums with pits - 2 kg
  • lemon - 200 g
  • orange - 300 g
  • sugar - 1700 g
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cloves - 1 tsp

The way of preparation

1. Wash the plums and put them in a saucepan with the pits. Add 50 ml of water and cook for 20 minutes.

2. Rub through a sieve, separating the pits.

3. Chop 1 large lemon and 1 large orange, add to the plums and beat with a blender.

4. Add sugar and spices. Stir and cook for 10 minutes.

5. Fill the sterilized jars with the jam, close with the lids, turn them over and leave to cool completely.
