Cooking technology:

1. Prepare clean jars with lids. Wash the grapes and remove the seeds.

2. Fill the jars to the top. Fill them with plain water, ideally spring water. If desired, use grapes of several varieties.

3. Put 1 tablespoon of sugar in each jar, and then close the lids. Sugar must be added even if the grapes are sweet. In this case, sugar is used as a preservative. You can also add it to the bottom of the jar.

4. Put the jars in a wide saucepan upside down (put a kitchen towel on the bottom), fill with water and put them in the stove for sterilization. After the water boils, wait 5 minutes and turn off the stove.

5. Without removing the jars from the pan, let the contents cool completely.

6. Then all that remains is to put the jars away for storage in the basement or cellar.
