It is a delicious cake with nuts and delicate cream for tea. If you need to quickly prepare something for your guests, this dessert will be an ideal option. The dough is very simple, and after baking, the cakes will be tender.

The idea for the nut cake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oksana Bilinska (oxana bil). A regular baking sheet is suitable for baking the cakes.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • butter - 200 g
  • honey - 200 g
  • baking soda - 1.5 tsp
  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • sugar - 100 g
  • flour (+/- 20 g) - 280 g

Method of preparation:

1. Bring the butter and honey to homogeneity in a water bath.

2. Add baking soda and, stirring constantly, cook for 1-2 minutes (foam will rise). Remove the foam and set aside the butter mass to cool.

3. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.

4. Pour in the honey mixture and mix with a whisk or spatula.

5. Sift the flour.

6. Mix lightly.

7. Pour the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

9. Cool, cut out the base, and divide the rest into larger cubes (the edges can be used for crumbs).

  • cream cheese - 300-400 g
  • cream (from 30%) - 400 g
  • condensed milk - 350 g

1. Beat everything well with a mixer.

2. Chop the dried nuts separately.

3. Cover the bowl with foil and grease it with cream.

4. Dip each piece in the cream and make a layer. Then cream again and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

5. Repeat until all the pieces are used up (leave a little cream for decoration).

6. At the end, brush with cream and lay out the base. Press down a little and tighten with cling film.
