Delicious mini pizzas for breakfast in 15 minutes: the easiest recipe
If you want to prepare a quick, tasty and satisfying meal for breakfast, pizza can be an ideal option, but not a large one, but, for example, a mini one. It is prepared in the same way as a classic pizza, just a little faster.
Food blogger Khrystyna Kei shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious mini-pizzas that you can make in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
Dough:
- Flour – 320 g
- Warm water – 150 ml
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Dry yeast – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
The filling:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- ketchup – 2-3 tbsp
- sausage or any meat – 100 g
- tomatoes – 1 pc
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: dissolve sugar and yeast in water, add sifted flour, eggs, and mix well.
2. Add water and knead the dough, cover with cling film and a towel. Leave it in a warm place for 20 minutes or put it in a preheated oven to 50 degrees for 5 minutes.
3. Filling: grate cheese, chop meat or sausage.
4. Grease your hands with oil, knead the dough well, then cut it into equal pieces and roll each one out.
5. Put them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with ketchup, put a layer of filling, and sprinkle with cheese.
7. Place in a preheated 200°C oven for 15 minutes.
