Hake is a very budget-friendly fish with few bones. It is suitable for both baking and frying. It is also very tasty to marinate.
The idea of cooking marinated hake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname ann food. Put the product in a glass container and it can be stored for several days.
Ingredients:
- hake - 3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- flour for breading
- salt - to taste
Ingredients for the marinade (per 100 g glass):
- sunflower oil - 1 cup
- sugar - 1 cup
- vinegar - 1 cup
- tomato sauce - 1 cup
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the hake.
2. Cut into slices, season with salt to taste.
3. Dredge in flour (you can do without), fry on all sides.
4. Make the marinade, combine all the ingredients for the marinade and stir.
5. Put the fish and a layer of onions in a container.
6. Do this until you run out of fish.
7. Pour the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
