Ingredients:

  • Mackerel – 2 pcs.
  • Onion – 1 pc.

Brine:

  • 1 liter of cold water
  • 3 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of dry mustard powder

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the mackerel into pieces, and put in a suitable dish.
