Cottage cheese casserole can be made not only delicious but also very healthy. You don't have to use regular sugar and flour, which make baked goods very high in calories. These ingredients can be replaced.
The idea of making a fluffy cheesecake without flour, sugar, and semolina was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Oksana Sherstiuk (sherstiuk_oksana_diet). The texture is very tender.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 400-500 g
- sour cream or Greek yogurt - 100 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- Jerusalem artichoke syrup or any sweetener - 50 g
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- corn starch - 50 g
- optionally, you can add a few drops of vanilla extract and a little lemon zest.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Add cornstarch last.
3. Grease a baking dish with oil.
4. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees in a well-heated oven.
5. Be sure to serve cold.
