Ingredients:
- cauliflower – 400 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- flour – 80 g
- onion – 1 pc.
- oil – 80 ml
- parsley – 1 bunch
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash and sort cabbage into florets, then boil in salted water.
- When it has cooled, chop it finely, add eggs, chopped onion, sifted flour and chopped herbs, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Heat a frying pan well, pour in vegetable oil, spoon in the cabbage pancakes, and fry until cooked.
