  • cauliflower - 600 g
  • ham - 150 g
  • cheese - 200 g
  • medium onion - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • milk - 300 ml.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • oil for frying

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

2. Cut the onion and ham into small cubes and fry for 4-5 minutes in vegetable oil.

3. Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
