Delicious cauliflower casserole for a hearty lunch: how to cook

Cauliflower is a very nutritious product that contains many different trace elements. Therefore, in no case should you spoil the benefits by frying in oil. The best option is to make a casserole.

The idea of cooking a hearty and healthy cauliflower casserole was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan (katarina movchan). Add plenty of cheese on top.

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower - 600 g
  • ham - 150 g
  • cheese - 200 g
  • medium onion - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • milk - 300 ml.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

2. Cut the onion and ham into small cubes and fry for 4-5 minutes in vegetable oil.

3. Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water for 3-4 minutes.

4. Then remove the cauliflower from the water into a baking dish.

5. Add the onion and ham fry and finely chopped parsley.

6. Pour the milk into the bowl to fill it.

7. Add the eggs, garlic, salt and pepper squeezed through a press.

8. Stir and pour into the mold with the cabbage.

9. Sprinkle cheese on top of the casserole and put in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
