Ingredients

  • sweet peppers - 11 pcs
  • parsley - 40 g
  • basil - 30 g
  • salt - 1.5 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • apple cider vinegar - 3 tbsp
  • pepper mix - ½ tsp.
  • olive oil - 100 ml
  • garlic - 5 cloves

Method of preparation.

1. Put the bell peppers in a baking dish and brush with oil on all sides. Bake at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.

2. Finely chop the parsley and put it in a deep bowl.

3. Add salt, sugar, apple cider vinegar, peppercorns, olive oil, and squeezed garlic and mix well.

4. Remove the baked peppers from the oven, cover with cling film and leave for 10 minutes.

5. Peel the peppers and cut them into slices.

6. Layer the peppers in a deep bowl and marinate them. Cover with cling film and leave for 2 hours.
