Recipe for a pie with apples

Pies are the perfect dish to go with tea and coffee, as well as soups and broths. They are made on different doughs, often from pita bread, and with different fillings.

Alla Kovaliova, a cook and nutritionist, shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious apple and oatmeal pie that takes only 30 minutes to prepare.

Delicious oatmeal pie

Ingredients:

  • Egg – 1 whole + 1 white
Eggs for the dough
  • Apple – 176 g
  • Carrots – 100 g
  • Milk 2.5% – 120 ml
Fresh milk
  • Oatmeal – 70 g
  • Nuts, dried fruits – 17 g
  • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Eggs and flour
  • Cinnamon – 1/3 tsp
  • Sweetener (sugar) – to taste

For the cream:

  • Soft cheese – 120 g
  • Poppy seeds – 7 g
  • Sweetener (sugar) – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the apple and carrot, and grate on a coarse grater.

2. Cover the dried fruit with hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and dry with a paper towel.

3. Put the carrots, apple, eggs, milk, and milk into a blender and blend until smooth.

4. Pulse the oatmeal until it resembles flour.
