Delicious apple nutella: an alternative to jam and preserves

Apple nutella is an original alternative to the usual jam or preserves. This nutella has a rather thick consistency, so it is very convenient to eat on its own, with pancakes or pancakes, or to spread on bread and add to various pastries.
The recipe for apple nutella for the winter was published in one of the cooking blogs "Smachna Khata" on YouTube.

Ingredients:
- apples peeled and cut - 1800 g
- sugar - 500 g
- vanilla sugar - 30 g
- chocolate pudding - 40 g
- cocoa - 80 g
- ground walnuts - 100 g
- condensed milk - 370 g
- water - 150 ml

Method of preparation:
1. Peel the apples and cut them into small thin slices.
2. To the apples add water and put on fire. Simmer until the apples are soft, so they look like mashed potatoes.
3. Remove the cooked apples from the stove and beat with a blender until smooth.
4. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding, cocoa, nuts, and condensed milk to the mixture. Mix well.
5. Put on fire and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly.
6. Put the nutella in sterile jars, close the lids, and wrap it in something warm until it cools completely.
