The idea of making homemade healthy sausages for children was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena with the nickname babyfeeding pro. The recipe contains a lot of vegetables, so you can feed your fussy little ones these important foods as well.
Ingredients:
- rice - 100 g
- minced chicken - 400 g
- broccoli - 3 large inflorescences
- spinach - 2 washers
- cheese - 70 g
- spices - as desired
Method of preparation:
1. Cook the rice until tender.
2. Cover broccoli with boiling water for 5 minutes, then chop finely.
3. Defrost the spinach, grate the cheese.
4. Mix all the ingredients together.
5. Fill the sausage molds.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
