Ingredients:
- strawberries - 300 g
- natural yogurt (can be drinking) - 300 g
- sugar or powdered sugar (can be replaced with honey) - 40-60 g
- gelatin - 8 g (or 10 g for a denser consistency)
- water - 40 ml.

1. For a denser consistency of the dessert, you can add 10 g of gelatin to keep it in shape at room temperature (as the dessert quickly "melts" from the heat).
2. Pour the gelatin with cold water.
3. Stir and set aside for 10 minutes to swell.

4. After that, melt it to a liquid state in a water bath or by pulses in the microwave.
5. Combine the strawberries with the powdered sugar and beat with a blender until puree.

6. Add yogurt and beat until bubbly.
7. Then add the melted gelatin.

8. Mix well again.
9. Pour into glasses or molds.
