Ingredients:
- Liver - 400 gr
- Onion - 1 pc
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Butter - 1 piece
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil for frying
How to cook:
1. Peel the liver from the film and veins.
2. Rinse well, chop, and fry over medium heat until tender.
3. Fry the onions and carrots separately.
4. Add the oil and roast to the liver.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and beat with a blender.
