Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken liver
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 25 g of butter
- 200 ml of cream
- mix of peppers, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the liver, remove excess films and cover with milk.
2. Cut onions and carrots into large pieces and put them in a frying pan, fry for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the liver and a piece of butter, stir.
4. Pour cream, pepper and salt.
5. Cook over medium heat until the liver is tender (8-10 minutes).
6. Transfer to a separate bowl and beat well with a blender until smooth.
7. Transfer to a storage container.
