This cream will suit any of your homemade desserts, especially cakes. It is prepared based on butter, so the texture is extremely delicate and airy, without lumps. It is perfectly applied to cakes. In addition, the mass is moderately sweet, because it does not contain pure sugar.

The idea of making homemade buttercream cheese was published on the TikTok page of food blogger Yuliia, known as slimm_cake.

Method of preparation:

1. Add 160 g of powder to 200 g of butter.

2. Beat with a mixer on high speed until fluffy and white.

3. Add white coloring (titanium dioxide) if desired.

4. Carefully disassemble everything from the walls of the bowl and continue whipping.

5. Beat and remove - repeat 3 times.

6. In the end, you get fluffy and smooth whipped butter.

7. Add 600 g of cream cheese from the refrigerator. Stir a little with a spatula.

8. Mix the mass on low speed.

9. At the end, be sure to mix with a spatula.

10. The cream cheese with butter is ready.
