Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of minced chicken (fillet + thigh meat)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 100-150 grams of hard cheese without preservatives
  • fine corn flour (for breading)
  • natural spices to taste
  • if desired, you can add finely chopped onions, garlic, grated carrots or herbs.

Method of preparation:

1.Grate or chop the cheese finely.

2. Finely grate the zucchini, let the juice drain and squeeze it out.

3. Twist the meat (or use a tested minced meat).

4. Combine the minced meat, zucchini, cheese and spices.

5. Form the cutlets and roll them in corn flour.

6. Bake in the oven at 150-170 degrees for 20 minutes, and then for 5-10 minutes at 200 degrees (if you don't have an oven, you can sauté the cutlets in a frying pan, covered, on both sides over low heat for 30 minutes).
