Curd casserole like cheesecake: no need to add flour
This is the simplest cottage cheese casserole, but it tastes very much like a dense cheesecake. That's because it doesn't even contain flour, so the dough is very airy. In addition, all the ingredients are whipped in a blender, so the mass is homogeneous.
The idea of making an airy cottage cheese casserole that looks like a cheesecake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Albina with the nickname albik.food. Instead of flour, use semolina.
