Curd casserole, as in childhood: what to do with eggs to make it puffy
If not everyone likes cottage cheese, then a delicious and flavorful casserole is rarely refused. Any variant of such a dish reminds us of childhood and home comfort.
Food blogger Oksana Podgaina on her Instagram page suggested one of the most favorite variants of casserole - as in childhood. The recipe is quite simple, and the dish turns out very tasty.
Ingredients:
- 600-700 g cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp semolina
- sweetener to taste (ideally 3 tbsp sugar; for a child you can do without)
- favorite berries.
Preparation method:
1. Combine cottage cheese, yolks, semolina, sugar (you can do it with a blender).
2. Separately whip the whites into a state of lush foam and add to the cottage cheese mixture.
3. Place in a baking dish and decorate with your favorite berries.
4. Send to the oven for 35-45 minutes at 180'. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar for yourself
The dish will be perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
