Is it possible to make croissants at home so that they taste better than the best bakery? It turns out that it's extremely easy and fast!

Food blogger Yulia Senich shared how to make croissants from ready-made dough on Instagram. You don't have to knead the dough for a long time, and the croissants themselves take only 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry - 2 pieces
  • Favorite sausage - 200 gr
  • Cheese - 150 gr
  • Egg yolk - for greasing
  • Ketchup\mayonnaise\cream cheese - for greasing the layers

Method of preparation:

1. Put sausage and cheese on a sheet of thawed dough. If desired, you can pre-grease with ketchup, mayonnaise, or cream cheese.

2. Cover with another layer of dough and cut.

3. Roll up the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.

4. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and put them in a preheated 180-degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
