Recipe for pickled cabbage

Ingredients:

  • white cabbage - 2 kg
  • blue cabbage - 1.6 kg
  • boiled beets - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 1 head
  • grated ginger - 2 tbsp
  • salt - for 1 kg of cabbage 20 g

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the cabbage.
