Ingredients:
- white cabbage - 2 kg
- blue cabbage - 1.6 kg
- boiled beets - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 1 head
- grated ginger - 2 tbsp
- salt - for 1 kg of cabbage 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage.
