Instead of a variety of salads and snacks in the summer, you can simply make lightly salted cucumbers. They will be very spicy, juicy and crispy. And they take only 10 minutes to marinate in the refrigerator.
The idea of making lightly salted cucumbers in 10 minutes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ivanna with the nickname ivanka family. You'll need a lot of garlic and herbs to spice things up.

Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 1 kg.
- salt - 1/2 tbsp
- vinegar - 1-2 tbsp.
- oil - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 1/2 head
- herbs - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation

1. Cut the cucumbers into 4 pieces.
2. Transfer to a bag.
3. Add salt, oil, vinegar, finely chopped garlic and herbs.
4. Mix well.
5. Put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
