Crispy pickled cucumbers without vinegar: ready to eat in 15 minutes
Cucumbers are one of the most delicious, healthy, and budget-friendly vegetables that can be used to make salads, soups, and even drinks. They are also salted in barrels, pickled, and canned with garlic and mustard.
Food blogger Alina_FooDee shared a recipe for delicious lightly salted cucumbers without vinegar on her YouTube channel, which will be ready in 15 minutes (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
Ingredients:
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Dill - 50 g
- Garlic - 4-6 cloves.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tbsp. l. without a slide
- <b> Oil - 3-4 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and cut the cucumbers into cubes, and put them in a bowl.
2. Chop the dill.
3. Peel and chop the garlic finely.
4. Add the garlic, salt, sugar, oil to the bowl with the cucumbers, mix thoroughly and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then you can serve them immediately.
It is worth noting that the cucumbers will be moderately spicy!
