Crispy oatmeal cookies without eggs and flour: you only need three ingredients
Oatmeal cookies are one of the most favorite types of homemade cookies. The reasons are the simplicity and speed of preparation, the benefits of oatmeal, and the ability to combine it deliciously with other ingredients such as chocolate, raisins, or nuts.

Ingredients:
- oatmeal – 180 g
- dates – 200 g
- butter – 50 g
- baking powder – optional
- spices – optional
Method of preparation:
1. Soak the dates for 3-4 hours in cold water, or 15 minutes in hot water.
2. Grind the oatmeal.
3. Add 1 tsp. of baking powder and your favorite spices to the oatmeal as desired.
4. Melt the butter and add to the mixture. Stir the mixture.
5. Peel and stone the dates. Grind them in a blender until smooth. Add to the oatmeal and knead into a smooth dough. If the dough crumbles, add a few tablespoons of water.
6. Form the biscuits.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
