Crispy homemade bagels: how to prepare the perfect dough
Homemade bagels can be prepared with any fillings, as the main thing is to make the perfect dough. Cooks advise to make it with butter, as well as sour cream.

Ingredients:
- 82% butter - 250 g
- 30% sour cream - 250 g
- salt - 6 g
- egg yolks - 3 pcs
- baking powder - 18 g
- vanillin - 2 g
- powdered sugar-200 g
- sugar - 150 g
- flour - 600 g
- frozen cherries - 750 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, vanillin, and sugar. Add soft butter, sour cream, and yolks, knead the dough well with hands or mixer, divide into 5-6 parts, cover with foil and leave in the refrigerator to chill for 30-60 minutes (it will be easier to work with it).
2. Defrost the cherries and drain them from liquid from them well, leaving on a sieve.
3. Roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of 2-4 mm and cut into 8 or 12 pieces, depending on whether you want large or small pieces. Put as many cherries as you can on the dough.
4. Form bagels and bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-25 minutes until golden color.
When you have taken the bagels out of the oven, sprinkle them with powdered sugar immediately!
