Crispy brushwood for tea: made without sugar, eggs, milk and yogurt
Sweet brushwood is a very simple dessert that does not need to be baked in the oven. It is usually based on two main ingredients. First of all, it is made with water, milk, or kefir. To make the product crispy and low-fat, it is better to make the dough without eggs and sugar.

Ingredients:
- hot water - 120 g
- flour - 200 g
- salt - 1\3 tsp
- powdered sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Pour salt into very hot water and mix thoroughly.
2. Pour the resulting liquid into the flour and knead the dough first with a spoon and then with your hands when the mass has cooled slightly. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes, cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dough to rest for 10-20 minutes.
3. Divide the finished dough into 6 equal parts, round each of them into a ball. Roll the ball into a thin round cake.
4. Fry the cakes in vegetable oil until golden on both sides. Put the fried cakes on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
5. Sprinkle the finished cakes with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
