Crispy bagels with nutella: what you need to add to the dough for successful baking
Bagels are the easiest and most delicious homemade tea treat. They can be made with various fillings, and the dough can be made with margarine, butter, milk, or kefir. To make the pastries crispy, add a little mayonnaise to the dough.

Ingredients:
- flour – 550 g
- sugar – 100 g
- kefir – 200 g
- vegetable oil – 100 ml
- baking powder – 1.5 tsp
The filling:
- any jam
- Nutella
- cinnamon with sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the eggs, sugar, oil, and kefir with a whisk, sift the flour and baking powder, and knead the dough.
2. Put the dough on a floured table and knead well.
3. Shape the sausage and divide it into 6 equal parts, form balls, roll them one by one very thinly, and divide into 8 equal triangles.
4. Spread the filling on the wide part of the triangle and roll the bagels.
5. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 C.
