Ingredients:

  • boiling water – 1.5 cups
  • milk – 1.5 cups
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • flour – 1.5 cups (the dough should be thinner than for pancakes)
  • butter – 1.5 tablespoons
  • sugar – 1.5 tablespoons
  • salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • vanilla

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar, add salt and vanilla.
  2. Gradually pour in the milk and add the flour.
  3. While whisking, add the melted butter and then boiling water in a thin stream.
  4. Set the dough aside for 30 minutes to allow all the ingredients to mix harmoniously.
  5. Pour the dough into a preheated frying pan in a thin layer, fry on one side for 1 to 2 minutes
  6. Turn over and cook until golden brown.
