Ingredients

  • Water - 2 glasses
  • Mushrooms - 300 gr
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs
  • Cream - 150 ml
  • Processed cheese with mushroom flavor - 1 pc
  • Salt
  • Dry garlic
  • Pepper

How to cook

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Put them in salted water to cook.

2. Cut the mushrooms into random pieces and add them to the potatoes as soon as they boil.

3. Grate the processed cheese.

4. Once the potatoes are ready, add the spices, cheese and cream to the pan.

5. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts.

6. Turn off the heat and beat with a blender until a homogeneous creamy mass is formed.
