Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 7-8 pcs.
  • soy sauce - 50 ml
  • ketchup - 1 tsp
  • breadcrumbs - 100 g
  • dried garlic - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • dried dill - 1 tsp

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • parsley - 3 sprigs
  • garlic - With cloves
  • chili pepper - 1 pc
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • ketchup - 3 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes and cook until half cooked.

2. Mix soy sauce and ketchup separately.

3. Combine breadcrumbs, dried dill, paprika and garlic in another bowl.

4. Cut the potatoes into pieces.

5. Drizzle with a mixture of soy sauce and ketchup.

6. Dip in breadcrumbs.

7. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment and lightly oiled.

8. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

9. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Serve.
