Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 350 g
  • Mascarpone - 250 gr
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Condensed milk - 70 ml
  • Vanilla - to taste
  • Semolina - 3-4 tbsp
  • Baking powder - ½ tsp
  • Berries - to taste

Method of preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients well until smooth, using a blender.

2. Put into baking containers. Spread evenly.

3. Rinse the berries well and dry them with paper towels.

4. Put the berries on top of the curd mass and place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

5. Let cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
