Bread is one of the most popular and delicious products that can be made with different doughs and even without flour. The most important thing is to choose high-quality ingredients and bake it properly.

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for delicious corn and wheat flour bread on his YouTube channel, which you can easily make in a bread machine(to watch the video, scroll to the end).

Bread without yeast and flour

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour - 400 g
  • Corn flour - 150 g

  • Milk - 350 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp.

  • Dry yeast - 10 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Sunflower oil - 1-2 tbsp.

  • Walnuts - 50 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all the dry ingredients, and put them in the bread machine bowl.

2. Pour in the warm milk.

3. Chop the nuts and add to the dough.

4. Pour dry yeast into the second dry ingredient compartment and start the bread machine.

5. Peel, chop, and fry the onion in vegetable oil.

6. Next, in the "bread with filling" mode, the wet ingredients are added at the final stage of kneading to prevent the dough from sinking. As soon as the "handles" indication appears on the bread machine monitor, you need to move on to the next step.

8. After the buzzer sounds and the bread maker switches off, remove the finished bread.
