Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 pc
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Walnuts - 2 pcs
- Greek yogurt - 300 gr
- Water - 200 ml
- Linseed oil
- Sunflower seeds
- Dill
- Salt
Method of preparation
1. Finely chop dill, peel cucumbers and cut into thin slices, chop nuts.

2. Mix dill, cucumbers, nuts in a deep bowl, add squeezed garlic, salt, drizzle with flaxseed oil and mix.

3. In a separate bowl, dilute yogurt with water (to the consistency of kefir), pour this liquid over our tarator and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.
