Tarator is the Bulgarian national soup, which is always served cold. This first dish is very easy and quick to prepare, because you don't need to boil or fry anything. In addition, it is very tasty and refreshing, which is so necessary in the summer.

Ingredients

  • Cucumbers - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Walnuts - 2 pcs
  • Greek yogurt - 300 gr
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Linseed oil
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Dill
  • Salt

Method of preparation

1. Finely chop dill, peel cucumbers and cut into thin slices, chop nuts.

2. Mix dill, cucumbers, nuts in a deep bowl, add squeezed garlic, salt, drizzle with flaxseed oil and mix.

3. In a separate bowl, dilute yogurt with water (to the consistency of kefir), pour this liquid over our tarator and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.
