Chocolate sausage that can be cooked without power: a recipe from cookies

Sweet homemade sausage remains one of the favorite desserts, and in today's environment it is easy to make without light, which is very important. It is traditionally made from cookies, nuts, and condensed milk.

Food blogger Iryna Kozanchuk (irina_kozachuk_) shared a recipe for chocolate sausage on her Instagram page that can be easily prepared without electricity.

Ingredients:

• sugar shortbread cookies - 400 g
• butter - 150 g
• boiled condensed milk - 270 g

• walnuts - 60 g
• cocoa - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Dry the nuts for a few minutes in a dry frying pan (this step can be skipped), chop with a knife.

2. Break a third of the cookies into pieces, grind the rest into crumbs.

3. Add condensed milk and cocoa to the soft butter. Mix well.

4. Add nuts and cookies to the cream. Stir to combine.

5. Divide the resulting mass into two parts. Put on cling film and form sausages. Leave for 2-3 hours in the freezer.
