Chocolate Cotton cookies with cracks: baking without eggs and butter

The main thing is to observe the proportions and not to overbake the cookies in the oven, otherwise they will be dry and hard.

Food blogger Yulia Mikulich (yuliia_mikulich) shared a recipe for Chocolate Cotton crack ed cookies on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

• butter - 80 g
• powdered sugar - 150 g
• cocoa - 40 g
• vegetable milk - 80 g
• baking powder - 1.5 tsp.

• flour - 180
• icing sugar for rolling

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the butter, powder, cocoa and vegetable milk. Stir the mixture until smooth.

2. Add baking powder and flour, knead soft and non-sticky dough.

3. Form the dough into balls and roll each one in powdered sugar. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

4. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
